iphone pens

I picked up three different pens for the iPhone from Yodobashi camera in Umeda.

The first one was from a company called Princeton and cost about $15. This pen had a great feel and design but took quite a bit of pressure to actually use.

The next one from Sanwa supply was about $14. This one uses a different material on the bottom. The design was okay, similar to the Princeton. This one also required a bit to get used to, and seems to require quite a bit of pressure to use.

The last pen is from Ray-Out. This one worked the best and was the cheapest at $13. The pen’s design was very simple and the diameter of the tip was quite large. The use seemed a little more natural then the other two, though maybe there is a better technique of using these pens that I haven’t figured out yet.

Overall these pens were not as useful as I was hoping. Fingers are way more responsive and a lot faster then the pens but I’ll keep trying them to find a better technique.
